POLICIES

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you may check in and relax with a complimentary beverage. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of time and may be asked to reschedule. At Immaculata Salon & Day Spa, your services are personally reserved for you. We ask that you notify us no later than 24 hours prior if you should need to reschedule or cancel. 


CANCELLATIONS 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will  charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost for your scheduled  appointment. 


NO SHOWS 

 No shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.  


SERVICE GUARANTEE 

Your happiness is a priority at Immaculata Salon & Day Spa. If you are not entirely satisfied with your color or cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within seven days from your original service date. The redo policy does not cover a change in direction of your original requested style or color. No cash refunds are permitted. We cannot guarantee the longevity of hair color without recommended products from out professionals. Products (with the exception of makeup) can be exchanged for another product, but no cash refunds will be given. Credits and/or exchanges cannot be applied to services. All makeup sales are final and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. 


HEALTH HISTORY

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert us immediately. 


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone, including those behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. 


KIDS 

As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the salon pose a safety issue. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. We kindly ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. 

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff.  Thank you for understanding!  In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
