LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you may check in and relax. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of time and may be asked to reschedule. At Immaculata Salon & Day Spa, your services are personally reserved for you. We ask that you notify us no later than 24 hours prior if you should need to reschedule or cancel. CANCELLATIONS
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment more than twice, you will be required to place a deposit for future appointments up to the full price of all scheduled service(s).
NO SHOWS
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a non refundable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Your happiness is a priority at Immaculata Salon & Day Spa. If you are not entirely satisfied with your color or cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within seven days from your original service date. The redo policy does not cover a change in direction of your original requested style or color. No cash refunds are permitted. We cannot guarantee the longevity of hair color without recommended products from out professionals. Products (with the exception of makeup) can be exchanged for another product, but no cash refunds will be given. Credits and/or exchanges cannot be applied to services. All makeup sales are final and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
HEALTH HISTORY
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
KIDS
As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
